Rochon was the only daughter born to Zelma Staples. An entrepreneur, she is also the daughter Zelma's nurse specialist. Cerritos high school located in Cerritos is where she graduated from. Ullerup was cast as Julia Brynn, a character in the remake series Battlestar Galactica that aired 2006 on Sci Fi Channel. The actress performed the role of Ashley Magnus in the first and second seasons of the tv show Sanctuary until the role was cut from the script. Fans were enraged by her departure, and many were hoping to see her come back for future episodes. The show ended in 2012 but not without there was a heated debate. In 2016, Ullerup was cast as Bree O'Brien in Chesapeake Shores. Ullerup played Maggie Thomas, the estranged wife to Michael Thomas, in the film about the disaster Asteroid: Final Impact (2015). Ullerup's regular role in Hallmark's Signed, Sealed, Delivered series has been Dale Travers since 2016.
